How quickly can you provide a quote?

We can usually estimate the project via a Facetime call and/or if you send us photos of the space. We aim to respond as soon as possible and within 24 hours at the latest.

Can I install tile myself, or do I need a professional?

Simple, small floor or backsplash projects are doable for confident DIYers, but large-format tile, natural stone, and wet areas (showers) are best left to professionals due to the risk of cracking, improper waterproofing, or lippage (uneven edges).
How long does tile installation take?

While every project is different, we'll communicate timelines clearly beforehand so you know what to expect! Most bathroom and kitchen tile projects take around 2 - 3 of weeks depending on size of space, tile type and design complexity. We usually need to do demo, prep/waterproofing and then a few days to set the tile. But, a simple kitchen backsplash or a small area could take between a few days to a week.
